The ultimate goal of this documentary is to HELP US help HIGHER FUNCTIONING PROSPECTS “get ready” to take that step before a health crisis forces them to move.

Time to Get Ready is not only a documentary that gives voice to an underrepresented segment of society, it’s also a powerful tool in helping sales counselors approach seniors at a time in their lives when they have the ability to make a powerful and positive choice for their futures.
The driving force behind it all is the disruptive sales technique developed by David A. Smith called Prospect-Centered Selling® (PCS). The core principles of PCS include:
seeing the person in the prospect,
meeting them where they are,
empathizing with their situation
and then motivating, inspiring and guiding change.
People rarely react well to hard sales tactics or feeling like they’re being pushed into a decision they don’t want to make. PCS recognizes that, and seeks to have conversations with individuals who are not yet in crisis, but just perhaps not in a situation that best meets their needs.
